The Past Masters has identified itself as a unit of Medinah since 1976.
The objectives of this unit include fostering closer relationships between Symbolic Lodges and Medinah Shriners, stimulating principles and practice of Masonry and providing fellowship amoung Past Masters.
Any Shriner who has been a Master of a Masonic Blue Lodge can be a member of this unit.

I am attaching a photo from the Medinah Family Picnic at Brookfield Zoo, 08-19-06. The young lady in the picture with me is a security person at the Zoo, Tabaitha K.. As my wife, mother-in-law & I were entering the dolphin show, as she took our ticket she said "I love Shriners, if it wasn't for the Shriners, I would have been in a wheel chair all my life." After the show I went back and spoke to her. She was one of the first patients to have the bone in her leg extended by the doctors, in our Chicago Shriners Hospital. I can not tell you how great it made my family and me, to hear her story and how grateful she was to the Shriners.
